Ahhhhh, feel free to punch my man bag until it is an ugly fleshy mush, however I never knew any of this controversy. Never was I told thta releasing this awesome tape would step on anyones's toes. I simply don't operate that way. My side of the story: Rhett sent me one of these and I inquired as to whether it would ever be properly released. He assured me that it would not and even stated that there was a surplus of about one hundred covers. I offered to produce the tapes if he would send the covers. He did and I stamped them with my info and packaged them up. The bulk were given away for free to people that Rhett deemed worthy and though I didn't make a red cent, I didn't lose any dough and got a few copies to some worthwhile folks. I honestly never knew any of the in fighting or politics around the band or the release . Anyways, it's amazing stuff and I am honored to have it be part of my short lived legacy of labeldom. I guess I can buy you a beer but honestly, Rhett may owe you a whole 12 pack.
